Task II

Today, universities are accepting different kinds of students, this led to debates whether students who are academically gifted and those who are young should only be admitted or if universities should also enroll students of all ages and those who do not do well in school. This essay supports the claim that students, regardless of age and academic performance should be allowed access to education because education is a human right and knowledge should never be monopolized.

To begin with, during the formative years of people, it is imperative for them to receive the best services and facilities that universities could offer. Furthermore, it is a fact that most students who are exposed in a competitive environment with equally intellectual students excel greatly in academies. For instance, Seoul University, a top university in Seoul South Korea, is known to only admit students who graduated with outstanding marks in high school. Their graduates were able to make names in Science, Trade and Technology.

Despite the aforementioned argument, Education should be accessible to all age group since this is a basic right. Anyone who aims to study shall be allowed to learn if they are willing to learn. In addition, there should never be a monopoly of knowledge and it should be given to individuals with diverse backgrounds, economic status, ethnicity and academic performance. To illustrate, in the Philippines, Vic Morales , a 55 year-old, recently graduated from the University of the Philippines. Aside from his age, he also gained recognition from the academic world since he is the first who graduated in the university who belongs to an ethnic tribe in the Philippines.

In conclusion, Education should never be limited to the young and intelligent individuals, it should also be shared to anyone regardless of age and academic performance because it is human right and knowledge should never be monopolized.

No-chance

I am often burdened to remain nebulous due to my fear of recognition. However, there are no words enough that can simply conceal my feelings of resentment because hell it is happening the emergence of the no-chance phenomena.

I can hear my bones creak at its weight, my flesh shivering againts its coldness. Cold and utterly heavy, this sickness is draining all my hope and vigor.

And i am left enervated.

Yuzuru On Ice

I must admit, my knowledge in figure skating is comparable to a pebble, if not dust.

However, talent and passion reverberate so loudly in the dark that an expectator has no choice but to turn his head and be rendered speechless by the weight of impact.

Yuzuru Hanyu happened and I’m changing my lane.

Fade Out

I am immune. I have been taking the blow since I developed conciousness. But I just wont learn a lesson. I used to believe that this is okay, I can live with it but time can alter anything and damn it changed my sentiment beyond scale.

Maybe its  because im very comfortable behind the scene that when I find myself in the middle of action I shy away to the background.

I wish I can share the heaviness of this pain, I can only ventilate little by little not entirely and it only makes a tad bit difference.

I must admit, I am not a fast learner with this one.

Begin Again

I am currently facing a massive setback towards my carreer. The investment that I poured, both in money, effort and time had been wasted due to my failure. Surrendering , however , is a trait that I aim to defeat that is why I have to rise even when my knees are breaking. I need to triple my labor and faith in order to surpass my target.

Rain on my shoes

There was a fight between my workmates today which was really intense.

Arguments shouldn't' be avoided but confronted, unless an individual is bad at it, cosenquently he should stay clear from it.
